ResidentialEstimators-LLC provides estimates based on the information, project plans, and specifications provided by clients. If there is false information in your plans and specifications, our estimators are not responsible for discrepancies that may arise during the construction process. Please ensure all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date so that we can create estimates with the highest degree of accuracy. We offer more than 90% of our residential estimates within the turnaround time of 5 to 16 business hours.
However, it depends mainly on the size and complexity of the project. For example, if your project is a single-family home, we can offer an estimate in less than 16 business hours. But for condominiums or apartments, our turnaround time can increase to 24 hours. We charge our fees for preparing estimates upfront and accept various payment options, like credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, etc. If you know about our refund policy, then keep in mind that it is only applicable if you cancel your residential estimate within 60 minutes of payment. Once our estimators start working on your project estimate, we will not issue any refunds.
Terms and Conditions For Change Orders and Fluctuations:
Once we start working on the project, we entertain change orders in estimates related to the scope of work. However, we can provide an estimate for the required scope of work on additional charges. We collect your data and keep it safe to improve our user experience with your consent. For the accuracy of our residential cost estimate, we use vendor lists, updated zip code-based pricing, and RSmeans for materials prices. There is a minimal chance of cost fluctuations unless there is a change in materials price or labor rates.
So, we recommend that our clients review the estimate before submitting it for bidding. If you see any differences or need clarification, let us know. We will review your estimate and update it accordingly. We are only a residential estimation company and do not offer project management or construction services. Moreover, our residential construction estimates are in compliance with local and national regulations. We follow the AACE (American Association of Cost Engineers and AIQS (Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors). We believe in open communication and are available 24/7 to discuss your residential project requirements.
